Mr. Agarwal has over 25 years of experience in public accounting specializing in forensic accounting and areas of bankruptcy and insolvency accounting services including due diligence, financial fraud investigations, fraudulent conveyance, asset recovery, litigation support, providing deposition testimony, representation in settlement meetings and mediations.  Mr. Agarwal also has experience in audits, advising troubled companies, providing agreed upon procedures reports and complex financial analysis. Mr. Agarwal has provided services on hundreds of cases involving individuals to large companies.

Mr. Agarwal represents Chapter 7, 11 and subchapter V trustees and examiners as well as secured and unsecured creditors and committees. Mr. Agarwal also serves as financial advisor to debtors as well as potential investors and acquirers.
